Where do your plants come from?

We source our plants from expert growers in San Marcos, California and Mount Dora, Florida—two regions known for their ideal climates and sustainable greenhouse practices. Every plant is carefully packed to travel safely from their sunlit origins to your doorstep.

How are the plants packaged?

Each plant is secured by incorporating eco-conscious materials to keep them snug and safe during transit. We take precautions, that are shown here, to prevent soil spillage and minimize stress on the plant so it arrives healthy and ready to thrive.

Will my plant survive the journey?

Yes! Our growers and shipping partners have an impeccable track record for safely delivering plants all over the country's mainland.

The greatest threat to tropical plants are low temperatures. Every order is checked to include Winter Plant Shipping Protection, which includes a multi-day heat pack and the guarantee of a refund or replacement should the plant arrive damaged due to cold temperatures.

- Express Shipping or Thermal Liners depending on the severity of the weather.
- Cold Weather Protection Guarantee - If you order arrives with cold damage when the shipping protection is added to your order, we will either send you a new replacement or issue a full refund.

*We recommend adding Winter Protection to your orders if average daytime temps in your area drop below 50 Degrees. If temps drop below 0 Degrees, we will hold off on the shipment entirely until the weather warms up, and will contact you if this happens*

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the continental U.S. If you're near the coasts, our plants will feel right at home, but they'll grow beautifully wherever their conditions are met.

Do You Accept Returns?

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we don’t accept returns, but if there’s a problem, we’ll work with you to resolve it. Your experience matters to us (and your plant).
